Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location, once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

Shipping is always free on every order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Your Order" section in our website menu.

Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription, your recurring orders ship automatically on your billing date, at the frequency you selected — no need to reorder. The same processing and delivery times above apply from the moment you are charged. Please keep your shipping address up to date in your account portal so recurring orders reach you without delay.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we're here to help. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@drkorea.co and we'll work to resolve it.
