Cancellation policy

Some products may be available as either a one-time purchase or as part of an optional subscription. Customers can choose their preferred option at the time of purchase.

If you choose the subscription option, you will receive a discounted price on your initial order, and this same discounted price will apply to all future recurring deliveries.

If you enrolled in a subscription for a specific product, it means the subscription option was clearly presented during your purchase. All recurring charges are billed every 30 days, and we will ship the same quantity of products that you initially purchased with each recurring order. Please allow standard shipping times from the moment you are charged until your recurring order arrives.

You can cancel at any time by visiting your online portal under the "Subscription Management" tab on our store, using the "Manage Your Subscription" link in your order or billing emails, or by contacting us at support@drkorea.co, and our support team will be happy to assist.
