Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscription option

Some products are available as either a one-time purchase or as part of an optional subscription. You choose your preferred option at the time of purchase.

If you choose the subscription option, you receive a discounted price on your initial order, and this same discounted price applies to all future recurring deliveries.

How billing works

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Dr.Korea to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the discounted price shown at checkout (plus applicable tax), every 30 days, until you cancel. This same discounted price applies to every recurring charge, Your subscription continues automatically with no end date unless you cancel. If you enrolled in a subscription for a specific product, the subscription option was clearly presented and confirmed by you during checkout.

With each recurring order we ship the same quantity of products you initially purchased. Please allow standard shipping times from the moment you are charged until your recurring order arrives.

Confirmation & reminders

After you subscribe, you receive an email confirming your subscription details — price, billing frequency, and next billing date. Before every recurring charge, we email you a reminder showing the amount and the billing date, with a direct link to skip, modify, or cancel.

Managing your subscription

From your online portal you can skip an upcoming order, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment and shipping details at any time.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no commitment, using any of these methods:

• Visit your online portal under the "Subscription Management" tab
• Use the "Manage Your Subscription" link in any order or billing email
• Contact us at support@drkorea.co and our team will cancel for you

Cancellations take effect for your next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Any charge already processed for an order that has shipped is handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel your subscription.
